My BOL's were 🤨 sus. This company left 13345 lbs of product off the BOL'S. As a result I thought I was carrying 31500 lbs and it turned out to be 44720 lbs. I didn't realize this till I got to a DOT scale. Almost 4000 lbs over on my trl tandems. Thank God my gross was ok. $900 fine. If you come here CAT Scale it as soon as you get loaded. Don't trust the BOL'S

The main issue here is the excessive waiting time—around 4 hours just to get started. On top of that, the tarping is done so poorly that it ends up costing even more time to fix during the trip. I’ve never seen tarping done this badly. It makes me wonder if there’s any supervision or quality control in place. If the tarps can’t be done properly, it would honestly be more efficient to let drivers handle it themselves from the start, rather than waste hours redoing the work later.

After reading reviews I was nervous about what I was getting into but everyone was very friendly and I was an hour early for a noon appointment. Was in a dock right away and loaded by 1:30. Not bad considering they were starting a lunch break when I arrived. Would happily return. Room is a little tight but not too bad.

Flatbed drivers avoid this place at all costs if you value your time. I've been here twice in the last year and both times have really tested my patience. The first time I waited for 4 hours for them to bring the wrong load out on my trailer and then wait another 4 hours for them to make it right. Today I have been waiting for 5 hours now and they still haven't picked my trailer up to load it. Four Star Trucking is an absolute joke of an operation! I would rather haul sail boat fuel 200 miles to get a different load than sit here ever again!

Easy to find I got tight dock to back in and waited for more than 40 minutes until came to get keys and start loading 15 minutes. You can unhook or you have give keys if you want to stay in truck Staff polite helpful
